I already had work experiences in handling orders in my current role as a Customer Service Support with TELSTRA.
My previous jobs were related to combined customer and technical support with T-Mobile, DISH Network, and TELSTRA. In total, I already have almost 7 years of experience working in a BPO industry.
When I was with Convergys Philippines handling Technical support, I was promoted to as a Subject Matter Expert just within 4 months of taking in calls. Luckily, last October 19, 2015, I was absorbed by TELSTRA to work directly with their company as a Small Business Customer Service Consultant
