I've been in a corporate world for more than 7 years handling and assisting customers. Doing Hotel Sales, arranging Corporate and Social events. I also have experience in doing Hotel Room reservations and booking sites such as Booking.com and Agoda. My 6 years in Hospitality has taught me a lot about how to deal with customers. A year as admin assistant directly reporting and helping our Building Manager. Currently a real estate agent as well locally wherein I am managing my own Facebook page and run some Facebooks Ads.

I started being a Virtual Assistant February this year, with many skills as a I help business owners with all kind of admin work like contacting clients, making reports, invoicing, calendar management, data entry, research, updating CRM, email marketing, LinkedIn Lead Generation, coordinating to other departments, and much more. A little bit experience as well in Shopify particularly in order tracking and fulfillment.

I am a fast learner as well as not afraid to ask questions. I am always willing to undergo training as I love learning new things and be a valuable asset in your company. My main goal here is to take in all the administrative duties away from you.
