I've been working in the BPO industry for over three years now. I was a customer support representative for over a year in the field of airline booking and online courses, and as a data analyst for almost 3 years managing the biggest social media platforms we have right now. Currently, I'm promoted as Real-time Analyst in the same company and the tasks I have are minimal which is a good advantage to have a side hustle. I am attentive to details, able to work with less or no supervision at all, I can work under pressure, and can guarantee excellent output for any task assigned to me.
