I'm currently an appointment scheduler head for a cancer center in the US from August 2018 while also doing other admin tasks. I've also had an experience working with a health insurance company in the US by processing pre-authorization requests. I had a great deal of experiences doing customer service roles for about 5 years for different types of businesses through call center companies I've worked with.
