Joanna Mae Casela

I graduated from DFCAMC of Las Pinas, one of the best business course colleges in our place with a degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management. The nature of my studies has prepared me well for a position such as this one. As you can see from my CV, I have worked for more than 5 years after I graduated from college.

At present, I am currently working as a Freelancer, I am a Title Abstractor of a U.S. Real Estate Insurance where I am responsible for Searching/Investigating the property, looking for encumbrances attached to the owners, buyers, property, searching for Easements and Restrictions, Bankruptcy report, etc.

I worked as an Accounting Specialist and gained experiences and skills such us Accounting Data Entry, Problem Solving, Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Billings and Collections, Reports, Taxes and MS Excel.

I also worked as a Title Abstractor in a BPO Company, a US Based company, I was assigned as a Back office agent processing Title commitment that is required by the Insurance company. I acquired skills like data entry, typing skills, proofreading, etc. I also got promoted as the Quality Auditor in our team because of my exceptional performance maintaining my quality and productivity at the top of the target.

While I was studying, I used to work as a Part-time employee in some Fast food chain and considered it as a Customer service experience since I am handling direct customer requests, inquiries and complaints. I learned from that to be patient, understand what the customer wants and to satisfied them with the service and products that I am offering.

I consider myself to be an efficient and enthusiastic worker. I am very keen to work, willing to be trained, and love to learn new things. I am an explorer, I love to accept challenges when it comes to work, motivated and focus doing my task as it also satisfied me when I have a great outcome.
