I am an experienced call center agent who has worked in the BPO industry for 8 years before deciding to start a home based job as a virtual assistant. Customer service, phone-technicaI support, billing specialist and fraud analyst are the job positions I have handled in different BPO companies. I am proficient in the English Language both written and oral. I am well adapted to shifting schedules and graveyard shifts. I work well under pressure and has a strong problem solving aptitude. I am proficient in navigating CRM tools such as Seibel, Oracle, Citrix etc. and is able to multi task (talking on the phone while navigating tools and taking down notes). And just recently completed a training for virtual assistant specifically on cold calling seller leads, agent enrollment outbound calling, doing Comparable Marketing Analysis (comps) and navigation of CRM's like podio and dialers like nextiva.
