I have worked for a home care agency based in the Bay Area for almost 8 years, as a Supervisor. I managed a team of advocates. As a team, we do everything from intakes to doing client interviews to managing the client's schedules and matching with caregivers. We also handle Long term care, liability insurance, and billing, as well as interviewing caregivers.
