Having achieved a solid record of success in my current Human Resource Management role, I am presently seeking a new challenge.

Progressive advancement to responsible positions within two major corporations. Directly after receiving my Bachelor’s degree I accepted a position in Intensive Case Management, within 8 months of hire I was promoted to Case Management Supervisor. With my current employer I began as a retail associate and remained all throughout my undergraduate studies. When I enrolled in graduate school I then returned to Dunkelberger’s Sports Outfitter as the Product Manager. Please note the two year gap in employment on my resume was a result of my desire to stay at home with my newborn son. Once he reached the pre-school age I re-enetered the workforce to resume my professional and career goals. Once again I was contacted by my current employer who offered me the newly created HR Manager position. 

In-depth experience in all aspects of human resource management and personnel development. 

Active participation in a variety of projects, most notably implementation of entire HR department into growing retail business.

My dedication to excellent performance, ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, and continuing growth make me a value-added asset to any organization.
