I’m still fairly new in the freelance industry but I'm very adaptable and highly trainable with less supervision since I also have management experience so you get a bit of an advantage choosing me. I have had multiple customer service experiences since I used to work in retail and the majority of my customer service experience is mostly from the BPO industry where I underwent rigorous training on how to properly respond, handle, and take care of the customers with professionalism, politeness, and sense of urgency.
I also have experience with emails, chats, and calls, and not so much with sales since I only experienced upselling but I can learn with enough training. However, my most recent jobs were related to operations where in most parts I handled process improvement and made sure the service level is high and it stays that way.
I am a very detail-oriented person since part of my recent jobs is to be accurate or the company would incur some loss of income for one small mistake which taught me to triple-check all the details before initiating and to never assume.
In addition, my previous freelance experience also included data entry, customer service, accountability, operations, a little bit of payroll, marketing, and employee engagement. I never settle, I always go above and beyond to impress my peers and to set a standard, I am a very neutral person and a great team player.
I am also a certified yellow belt (six sigma/lean) which can help an organization a lot by pin-pointing redundancies and friction. I also have experience using Zendesk and Salesforce as well and with that, I am a little tech-savvy as well so you can guarantee that my computer will be working smoothly.
