I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 6 years now. I have worked with top major companies both from the US and UK. My line of work have been customer service oriented mainly servicing the financial sector of small to large business for companies i worked with in the past. Companies like Gevalia, Transunion, British Telecom are just some of the companies i have worked I transitioned to working as a virtual assistant for a perfume company in the US. Was handling admin works, writing blogs and reviews. inventory and social media management. Worked as an appointment setter for a realtor in the US. Handled Ordering, Product sourcing and Customer Service for a number of stores on Amazon US & UK.
