Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering and married with a 6 year old baby girl. I seek for personal growth and development as well as to provide for a better life together with my family and I'm very interested to apply for the Accounts Analysts/CSRs role. 

I have been in the call center industry for almost 10 years with various companies that had offered me excellent training and opportunities to improve my skills. I had worked started from being an agent and climbed up the the ladder and became a Team Leader which handled Tech Chat customer support to handle issues like login, membership payments and game issues for Xbox. I also handled email and voice support for a company to track orders from our website. for a Houston General Construction and for medical sales account which include medical insurance, medical supplies and mail order pharmacy which enhanced my knowledge and boosted self-value because it provided me and my family greener pastures. One of my strengths is being able to adapt to any type of business and I consider them as opportunity for professional growth.
