-I've worked with some of the biggest mobile telephone companies in both the US and the UK. I deliver outstanding customer service experience to our customers and cater to their needs, concerns, and inquiries. I am an advocate for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

*TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

-Being a tech savvy person, one good way of taking advantage of it is to help other people who are not very familiar with the latest technological trends and advancements. Especially right now where technology grows faster than we can even imagine. I answer calls related to network issues, device issues, and other technical difficulties a telco customer may encounter. *GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

-When I was in college, I had to work and study at the same time. I was taking jobs as a librarian assistant, college registrar's encoder,and dean's student assistant. When I graduated, I went on to the Maritime industry and became a Junior Navigating Officer.

I was assigned most of the administrative tasks. From sealing deals with our clients and charterers, to main headquarters office communication.

*TELESALES

-Part of my job on being a customer care representative is being able to handle calls that include sales and promotions. I am experienced in processing orders, tracking deliveries, processing returns, and more!

*TELECOLLECTIONS

-One of my main task with SPRINT US (telco) was to collect customer's payments towards their bills. This includes processing payments, refunds, disputes, bill explanations, and others that has something to do with a customer's account.

*LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

-Part of my job as a Junior Navigating officer was to manage the logistics of the cargo we carry. We monitor the cargo while in transit, and we update the status and current whereabouts of it. I take care of the documentation process from deal closures, to the port authorities, and to the receiving party.

*VIDEO AND PHOTO EDITING

-I belong to a non-profit organization of travel enthusiasts and we go to places I only used to dream about. We capture memories by taking videos and photos of both the journey and the destination. I edit both photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere PRO for the said organization to later be uploaded on our website. I also do some event coverage like weddings, birthday parties, inaugurations, etc. It will later be edited and delivered to our clients.

*SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

-I am very accustomed to social media marketing, Facebook, Facebook Page, Facebook ads, LinkedIn, pinterest, Google Plus, Youtube, Instagram, Wordpress etc. I do video blogs, content research, content posting, syndication to social media sites and forums, etc.
