I have more than 10 years of experience as a Technical Support Professional.
Support includes but not limited to internet setup (LAN/WLAN) as well troubleshooting
connectivity issues, setting up laptops and desktops for new users as well as
troubleshooting software and operating system related issues.
On top of that, I have experience in assisting users based on a different time zone
and have no issues working during graveyard shifts, weekends or public holidays.
I am also able to adjust my work schedule as best suited for the employer's and
company's needs.
