Prior to becoming a virtual assistant, I worked in corporate customer service and chat support. While the experience taught me valuable skills, I felt I needed a change. The toxic work environment forced me to seek a different career, which is how I discovered the world of virtual assistance.

Right now…

I'm currently working part-time as a virtual assistant, providing chat support and content management services.

In addition, I manage a social media account for a local community, where I communicate with individuals and establish an active online presence.

Email marketing, YouTube management, and content creation are some of my interests. I've received extensive training in these areas, developing my talents to create interesting campaigns and effectively engage audiences. I ensure that every message resonates with the intended audience and stimulates significant interactions by paying close attention to detail.

In the digital era, having a broad understanding of numerous software tools is crucial. I've already used Wix for website creation, ConvertKit and mailchimp for email marketing, Zendesk for support administration, and Notion for efficient organization. These tools enable me to streamline operations and provide my clients with consistent service.
