Been working in a Business Process Outsourcing company for a long time now. I started as a customer service representative way back 2007 then switch my career as a Technical support associate on a different company. By staying on this company, I have been promoted from technical support to Tier 3 senior technical support and stayed their for almost 6 years. Now, Currently working as a Network associate and would like to work on this firm as well if chance will be granted.
