I am John Philip Lacson, your awesome Social Media Manager. To know more about me, you should know that before switching to Freelancing, I was a with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) for almost nine years.

Way back in 2013, I was an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Verizon Ethernet. What I usually do is assist teams in processing complicated orders. As an example, if the Site is not serviceable by Verizon. We can't just say that we cannot provide the service. Instead, we check for other Telco companies that can cater to their request. And become the mediator for the client and the third-party vendor.

In 2015, one of the operations managers at Verizon was promoted and was transferred to Google. Being able to see my achievements, he requested that I come with him. There, I became a Tech support specialist and handled Nexxus 7 Hardware concerns. Unfortunately, he left the company and I decided to be transferred back to our previous site (more accessible from where I used to live).

In the same year, I was assigned to Yellow Pages, an online advertisement company. I became a Tier three Customer Experience Group. Our work focuses on helping the client get more leads by enhancing their business online. I became the top agent of the company for almost two years.

In 2017, the previous company (Yellow Pages) where I use to work was bought by a different entity and I decided to leave and search for new opportunities. There I landed a Job with London Stock Exchange formerly known as Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv a media and financial company. Here I got the knowledge of finance. I help assist the client on how to navigate our app and concerns about the exchange.

Now 2022, an opportunity came, and I was invited to join the training as a Social Media Manager. I did not hesitate to join as I know I can contribute by using the experience gained from my previous job.

I know that I can help customers have a efficient business. I can provide a methodical approach on how to put their business on the right track. Giving advice that is precise to what they need to do and improve as well as an organized plan to execute. As a result, they will be able to have a detailed performance report.
