The Information Technology Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and
oversight of the Agencies information technology and devices. Monitors and analyzes related QA/PI
issues and directs staff with regard to agency policies and procedures. Functions in the field with the
team as a mentor and coach. Demonstrates knowledge of, interprets and ensures compliance with
local, state and federal regulations relating to the operations of the Agency and the HIPAA Security rule.
Develop, implement and maintain compliance with security policies, procedures and guidelines for the
Agency. Monitors QA/PI Processes and assures appropriate corrective measures are performed for
Information Technology. Mentor and coach team members to perform at their optimal level.
Set-up and maintain/update electronic devices, including password management and user
administration. Consult with contracted IT services regarding device issues, ticket submission,
