- Conduct constant coordination with purchasing department / vendor partners to ensure timely delivery fulfillment
- Manage / conduct deployments to designated store / stations / locations
- Assist the dealers / franchisee on POS BIR permit application and cancellation
- Stage the hardware and software for POS deployment
- Install the POS together with its peripherals on the station
- Train station personnel on how to properly utilize the POS system
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance / inspection of POS computers and peripherals
- Ensures that POS backups are regularly updated
- Provides level-1 support (remote troubleshooting) to store / stations POS and CCTV concerns
- Provides level-2 support (on-site troubleshooting) to store / stations POS and CCTV concerns
- Provides level-1 & level-2 support for the IT needs of company employees
