Hi, thank you for checking my profile. My name is John, I am currently working as a subject matter expert to a BPO company here in the Philippines. I am working as an agent for about 1 and a half years now finding a better opportunity again to the freelancing industry. I worked as a virtual assistant before for 1 year but never landed a full-time job because of my school schedules. But now I can proudly say that I gained experience and improve my communication skills in terms of customer services. I already handled thousand of clients specifically in the eCommerce business.
