DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Mainly dealing with Order Entry. Taking - in calls from Direct Sales Representatives putting in orders of Cable, Phone and Internet. Encoding the necessary codes for the specific service, scheduling the date of installation, processing payment, and adding equipment.
At times, we also upgrade, modify and cancel the work order of the specified DSR. We are also dealing with Technicians who wants to reschedule, add or modify the customer’s service.
