The majority of the tasks a virtual assistant performs are familiar to me because I had first-hand experience with them during my undergraduate studies as a hospitality management graduate. In our front office operations class or subject, some of the tasks and requirements we were given included making phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning trips, researching, and booking hotels and tickets. Appointed for several times as a school officer who does different administrative task, My experiences is packed with knowledge that could be useful to me in this position, and it improves the organizational, project, and time management abilities required for the work. I watch educational YouTube videos and sign up for various online courses to improve my present abilities because I'm not content with what I currently know. As a result, I've earned five different certificates in digital marketing from various academies .
Managing social media accounts for almost two years,, My tasked are creating and posted contents for client's social media accounts, graphic designing and video editing. Tracked and analyzed clients social media activity and engagement and Collaborated with team members to create and execute marketing campaigns for clients, design to drive revenue and increase sales and brand visibility.
