I started out with doing sales and marketing and continuously working on improving and acquiring new sets of skills to become more competitive and productive.

Fast forward a couple of years, I got to manage a 7 figure amazon store and other ecommerce platforms as well, handling everything from product launches, PPC, listing optimization to managing the supply chain and inventory management. Also managed a call center's full operations with client management and retention responsibilities.

• provides virtual office phone/dialing system - especially for telemarketing companies and those who uses dialers, I install and administer their own dialer and office phone system server that costs a fraction but even more efficient that most expensive dialer today

• installation and administration of their own CRM systems - using opensource software, i install and administer their own crm system to their own private in the cloud server

• General VA taks - ranges from research, data entry etc, to more advanced VA task such as payroll management, human resource, email marketing and more.
