I am a Medical coder and an insurance coordinator with more than 10 years hospital experience in the United Arab Emirates holding a certification from AAPC as certified medical coder now looking for a remote coding job so i could stay at home and look after my son my contract will end on 15th August 2019 as an insurance medical coder from a government hospital here in the UAE. The hospital is a 469 bed tertiary care facility and is the largest in the United Arab Emirates and serves as a regional referral center for specialized medical care and a national referal center for oncology services. I also worked as an inpatient supervisor for medical coding, medical billing, preauthorization, submission and re-submission. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and worked as a medical transcriptionist before moving to the gulf region and initially worked in a hospital as a medical records clerk for one year before pursuing a medical coding certification in 2008 and has been working in medical coding eversince.
