I have worked in customer service for over 10 years. Currently I am continuing my education by self-learning how to code and actively searching for employment. Naturally I have always been interested in computers and helping others out also reading and enjoying nature with outdoor activities.

I had an exciting opportunity where I had to create new help videos and tutorials for our English and Spanish users. This allowed me to familiarize myself with the program at a deeper level. It also provided me with the opportunity to speak and engage with the development team and the end users to see what features they would like to shed more light on or get to know better. After a few weeks of research, I started scripting the first help video, then I created an image board that would go along with the video script. After it was approved, I started the audio and video recording for the help video. At the end of it all, I had created over 100 help videos! It was a truly exciting experience to see how the end users would use the help videos to help them be able to leverage technology with their daily work.
