For over 10 years in the Hotel and Hospitality business, one of the best things I learned is that a happy and satisfied guest/client is a returning client. Taking care of a guest is a top priority, guest satisfaction is the everyday goal.
I have over 10 years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Service and Hotel Management. As an Assistant Front Office Manager from my previous hotel, I have trained Receptionist and Guest Service Agents for years and help them advance in their careers. I have drafted and implemented Standard Operating Procedures for the hotel from the front desk and back-office operations to answering phones, greeting and welcoming guests, handling guest complaints and damage controls.

I am excellent in hotel bookings and reservations, room rates management and filling up rooms on and off-peak season. I am also well experienced in handling extranets for hotel online agent (e.g. Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Tripadvisor, etc...)
