Hi thank you for reviewing my profile. my name is Joseph Catchuela. 28 years old. i have been a customer service representative since 2012. i worked as customer care specialist at IBM for one year and five months and at Manulife Financial as Bank service Representative for two months and at Teletech for two years and seven months as customer service representative. I graduated with bachelors degree in Business administration Major in Human Resources Development Management.

During my free time i travel with my friends, we do hiking and visiting beautiful places here in the Philippines. having quality time with my partner and reading books specially about self improvement like emotional intelligence, successful time management and managing stress books.

I want to pursue my career in human resource management specially in field of recruitment. I did 6 months of on the job training for this job. We do filing documents, data entry, call outs for potential applicants and assists applicants during examination process.
