Hello there!

My name is Joshua Arceo, 30 years old from Davao City, Philippines.

I have more than 8 years of BPO experience working in Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support. I also have a year of experience as a social media Content Moderator Creator Classification and Segmentation.

I was once part of the Management Support Team or also known as operations supervisor where we mainly handle a team and manage performance through coaching. Other than that, we are also the point of contact for the team we are working with. We also assist the manager in some tasks such as but not limited to end of shift, weekly and monthly performance reports.

I have closely worked with the operations team and logistics team as an operations executive assistant.

I am a self-motivated person in all areas of my life, especially when learning new things. I am a team player, dependable, hardworking with a lifelong love of animals. I have a good command of the English language. I am an organized, reliable, and a quick learner.
