I am a customer experience coach and my specialty is helping diverse teams achieve results while focusing on professional development. I am known for my ability to communicate effectively while building relationships and bringing teams together. I do this by treating my people like people while blurring the lines of traditional hierarchy. I find that when your employees feel like they have a work family of people who sincerely care for them, they are more willing to take risks, adapt to change, and champion your vision. I have been successful because of my drive to produce results that stand out from the pack. What is unique about me and my approach is that I think showing your employees you care is more important than "pulling rank".
