I am a customer experience coach and my specialty is helping diverse teams achieve results while focusing on professional development. I do this by treating my people like people while blurring the lines of traditional hierarchy. I find that when your employees feel like they have a work family of people who sincerely care for them, they are more willing to take risks, adapt to change, and champion your vision.
