I have experienced working in a fast paced environment thru Mcdonald's as a Senior Manager. I have experienced dealing with a variety of customers. I have handled queries; customer complaints; bookings and a lot more. Most notable experience from this field is being able to make a schedule for the restaurant needs of our daily operations which requires a person to be extremely organized and keen to details. Moreover, I also handle personnel management who's tasked to organize Employee Profiles and documenting performance of a certain employee.
I am currently employed by Freight Company. I work EST at 0800am to 0500pm. My work involves calling customers and brokers and establishing a good working relationship with them professionally. I do this every day. I make sure we meet half ways when it comes to negotiating deals especially on the rate of moving loads for them. We then do dispatch, making sure that pick-up and delivery is on time and on track.
I have also experience being a DJ and a voice talent. I have had experience in speaking in public as well. I have had a lot of chance recording commercials as a voice talent.
Furthermore, I have worked as a Store Supervisor for Skechers which helped me a lot in improving my Inventory Management Skills. Moreover, I have had first-hand experience in processing business permits and documents.
I can also be a graphic designer. I am knowledgeable in Photo Editing. I am currently being hired by some individuals to do editing for them. Also, I can handle Video Editing as well.
I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting which helped me a lot in determining the financial standing of a company.
I am willing to study and learn whatever task is given to me. Rest assured, I will give a 100% of myself in every undertaking.
