Dear Hiring Manager,  

I really enjoy working in any environment and find that they match my past strengths perfectly. I am organized, efficient, flexible, and a team player. During my work experience, I have worked in different office contexts. They all differ slightly in what they deal with, but my adaptability allows me to get into new routines and quickly learn new office procedures. In the past I have been involved in filing paperwork, taking phone calls, making appointments, booking flights, inventories of supplies, cars, and electronics given to the employees, preparing purchase orders, collating and distributing mail, providing training for users, upgrading various software, checking (LAN) network problem, and making sure that it is working, and replacing some broken parts of the computer.   

I know Windows computers and I am comfortable with them. I am proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and very capable of working with programs. I have experience with using multiline phones and with transferring calls and holding callers. I also have experience using various graphic design software to enhance my photography skill.

I also had experience on voucher number entry, general ledger accounts entry, credit memo entry, payment entry of check voucher and updating credit memo. Also did encoding of information of the employees. 

I love to learn new software program and look my way up to use it independently, by looking or researching on how to fully make use if it.
