Joyce Bantilan

I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering and my very first job experience was with a BPO company in Davao that caters networking devices, router, modem, internet connection, computer problem, etc. 

After about a year I was transferred to a Sales + Technical account wherein we sell our services and knowledge about computers, printers, cellphones, any networking device that you can think of. This experience widens my knowledge scope on networking devices because we cater to everything. We are a one-stop networking technical service shop. 

My second BPO experience was with a financial account, servicing debit cards. I learned a lot of things from this company as I now better understand how cards and financial institution works. And this experience elevates my knowledge on customer service since I'm already handling supervisory calls, supporting other agents whose not yet familiar with the service and the product.

Being in a BPO job is never easy but I am so thankful that I was able to experience it because not only it boosted my knowledge, it also helped me deepen my understanding about customer service which is the foundation of every company, for me bad service means bad company. 

For 5 years now, I am working as a Project Manager of a Website Development company that deals mostly with Wordpress.

We build and host websites that represent the personality of the business of our client. I have knowledge about eCommerce, Shopify, oberloo, aliexpress and all that stuff.

I also do SEO and Facebook Ads.  

I'm passionate and everything that I deal with and a self-motivated person, I can definitely work independently and with strong work ethics.
