My experiences include, working in a high volume customer support call center. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, wrong order, incomplete order, delay in delivery, customers unsatisfied with a product, flight delay and cancellation, irregular flight operations, re-booking and etc.). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 80 to 100 calls per day. I also follow up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails).
Furthermore, I gained considerable skills as an Office manager to a food manufacturing industry. I do most of the receptionist duties, because I am the one answering calls, talking to our customers and dealing with different problems or queries they have. I am also managing and creating daily reports such as everyday sales, expenses and inventories using Quickbooks and Spreadsheets. I do most of the administrative tasks such as printing, faxing, email management and filtering, data entry in word, file management, liaising with different departments and suppliers and many more.
In addition, I was previously employed as an Online English tutor for a Japan-based firm. So you can guarantee that I have an excellent grasp of the English Language.
