I took up Bachelor of Science in Information System and I was working in a BPO company for almost 3 years. I was handling sales account, inbound and outbound calls. I am good at customer service, chat and email support and I am more interested to know more about different kinds of work. I am punctual, creative, loyal, hardworking, trustworthy and organized. I can do multi-tasking as well, and I can finish work on time. You can't waste your time on teaching some stuffs with me because I have the initiative and I am a fast learner. I can share my knowledge and skills with my future client.
