Prior to that I did outbound calls for auto insurance and transfer the customer to the Licensed Agent. Also, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T Billing Account. Before that, I worked as an eCommerce coordinator and was handling the online platform of the company where I updated the product listing, SKU's, and images. I also worked as an Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator for 7 years and Billing Clerk for 3 years with the same company in Dubai. I was able to work on a nonvoice account as well such as Email/Chat Support at Ebay.com. I was a data encoder for years and worked as a Proofreader.
