I would describe myself as a determined, confident, detail-oriented person who feels a great sense of pride in the knowledge that the work I did has had a positive impact on my clients' work. My skills are in administrative work and also tech work. I am good at Email and Calendar management, setting appointments, Transcribing, creating slides and presentations, writing minutes, internet research, Travel planning and creating itineraries, and scheduling.
Tools I am well conversed with are: Google workspaces(Google docs, Google spreadsheets, Google forms, Google slides, Google meet, Gmail, and Google calendar.), Zoom, Ms. forms, Asana, Ms. word, and PowerPoint presentations. I also possess soft skills such as: Organization, Attention, Time management, Confidentiality, and communication.
