· Excellent experience in Resume Screening, Document screening, document arranging, check fake resume or document.
· Working Experience as Technical Recruiter (gathering requirements, sourcing, technical screening ,client submissions, scheduling Interviews)
· Have worked with the clients Infosys, L&T , Persistent , HCL etc…
· Negotiate the Rate part with Employer and Candidates as the given Requirements.
· Extensively sourced for contract and full time positions. And also work with W2 and Corp to Corp and Contract to Hire candidates.
· On a daily basis manage high volume requirements, working closely with the account managers to fill the positions.
· Skilled at sourcing and recruiting candidates through job portal (Dice, Prohires, Tech Fetch , LinkedIn etc.)
· Clients included - Insurance, banking, financial, retail, healthcare, search engine, engineering, pharmaceutical, telecom, and many more domains.
