I started my career in 2007 as a call center agent and worked my way up to become a Team Manager of Operations by 2009. In 2013, I took a break from the call center industry to finish college, but I continued working as a virtual assistant. During this time, I supported various roles in real estate and executive assistance. Additionally, I gained experience as a concierge for short-term vacation rentals and handled tasks like video and photo editing, as well as managing YouTube channels.
