I work hard and tend to grind things. I ask a lot of questions to better understand the situation of the customers. My type of customer service stems from my motto - "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". In this way, understanding the point of view of the customers will be very easy.

I have experience in Voice, Chat, Text, and Email support to various accounts or companies being outsourced in the Philippines. I can say I have experienced any type of working environment. A stressing technical account, confusing healthcare account, and fun-loving non-voice customer service. I can say, I loved my experiences as it helped me learn a lot of things. But my experience is not enough, so now I have to learn more!

If you want someone to do your task with great attention to detail attitude, then you are looking at the right person. But if you are looking for someone who is hard to train, has an attendance issue, and doesn't take any job seriously, then I am not the one you are looking for. I am someone who prides on my work and how I care for the people I interact with. I am sure I am a great asset to anyone who is requesting my assistance.
