I worked as Cashier, Barista and Supervisor in one of the known coffee shop in Dubai. I took all the orders, took payment and gave change to customers. I make it sure that the orders that I will punch is correct so that the Barista will prepare their orders correctly. I do also Barista job. I do prepare their drinks, remember their favorite drinks and serve it in a timely manner. They promoted me as Supervisor. I do all the reports and send it to the Store Manager. Organize the workflow and ensuring all employees should understand their duties and delegated tasks. Receive complaints and resolve the problem. I do work also as Administrative Assistant wherein i learned to use Quickbooks and whatever I learned from the past I just applied it to the present and continue learning.
