I have worked as a Customer Service Representative & Technical Support Representative for known BPO companies here the Philippines such as Convergys & Stream Global Services. I have a strong customer service skills. I am good at handling customers and can deal with stress perfectly.

I also have been working as an Outsourced Financial Planning Assistant for various Aussie Financial Planning Firms since 2014. I have been so passionate about this industry. Thus, I am very much familiar with the tasks and processes. I provide administrative support to financial advisers. Some of my tasks are email and calendar management, client data research, preparation of application forms and lodgement, preparation of annual review documents, superannuation and insurance research, filing documents, application follow-ups, checking documents for compliance, and other ad hoc tasks. I also familiar with the following tools: AdviserLogic, Xplan, Coin, Chantwest, Nlink, Insurance provider quoting software, Superannuation adviser portal, and etc.

Other than the Financial Planning specific tasks, I am also capable of doing editing file formats, Internet research, making directories as per client request and preferences, drafting letters, etc. I am also very much familiar with Office 365.

I can work with minimal supervision, a fast learner & a highly trainable person. I am open-minded, team player, and open to any constructive criticism.
