Six (6) months experience as a customer service email and chat support in a licensed CEZA Enterprise company that offers customer lifestyle and a variety of value-added interactive gaming support. One year and Four months (1 year and 4 months) experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health insurance company for shipping companies and seafarers. Six (6) years experience as an Administrative Assistant and a Convention Secretary in a non-profit / non-stock organization for Family Medicine doctors. One (1) year experience as a Personal Secretary of the Medical Director at The Family Clinic Hospital, Inc.

As an administrative assistant, my tasks and responsibilities that I have handled were budget proposals and expense, petty cash replenishment, updating directories and files, planning, organizing and scheduling of meetings, ocular visitation, responsible for communications such as mailing, texting, telephone calls and emails.

I am Computer literate, knowledgeable of the following MS application such as MS word, excel, Power Point, Excel, Publisher, Movie Maker and utilization of the internet.

Through my work experiences I have developed more of my time management skill, ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision, progress communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. I am self motivated, multi-tasked, a dependable and resourceful person. Keen attention to details, self-driven, goal-oriented and well-organize. I’ve learned to observe my job very well that it made me developed my capacity to contribute ideas to make my job more efficient. I am an enthusiastic person and I’ve been fully-dedicated to my work or to whatever I am doing. I am also a responsible, wholesome and a jolly person with an optimistic attitude. I am willing to explore and learn more new skills, ideas and knowledge.
