Since 2018 Kadiri Otaru has served as an Economic Specialist, at a foreign diplomatic mission in Nigeria, covering portfolios that include commercial outreach, agriculture, mining, ICT, transportation and aviation. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Senior Business Analyst at CMC Connect - Burson Cohn & Wolfe. From 2015 to 2017, he also served as an Associate Consultant (for Intelligence & Analysis) at a British consultancy - africapractice R&B. From 2013 to 2015, he served as a Researcher at Nigeria's foremost think-tank - the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). Kadiri earned a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Abuja and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). He is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). During his year of National Youth Service (NYSC), 2012, he served as a Researcher at Network News 24 (NN24).
