About

 Hello,

My name is Kaitlyn Hamm, and I am excited for the opportunity to work remotely. With a combined 4 years of Administrative Assistant experience in two dynamic fields and countless hours of honing my client relations and organizational skills I know I would be an asset to a team such as yours.

Being that I have worked in two of the most integral and analysed sectors, Health Care and Real Estate, I believe I would be able to bring a unique point of view, a keen eye for research, and a deep understanding for discretion and thoughtful interactions within an organization and the world at large.

During my time at Jamestown, I’ve supported our Leasing, Events, Development, Accounting, Operations, Community Engagement, and Marketing teams on various projects ranging from creating project management trackers, sourcing vendors, large scale tenant coordination, and keeping on top of official permits and filings. I currently manage our Chief Marketing Officer’s calendar as well as all the conference room calendars, track our press mentions, organize our Leasing team’s leads, curate and send out client gift baskets, and help coordinate our campus-wide events and activations calendar.

My most satisfying part of my job is maintaining our relationships with tenants, the surrounding community, brokers, partners, and vendors. I have a penchant for remembering names, faces, and personal details from previous interactions and love to surprise people with my attention to detail and thoughtfulness. It makes my day when I get to show someone that they matter to us, and they are working with a group that cares for more than just our bottom line.

My previous work at Richmond University Medical Center put me in positions that were crucially time-sensitive or emotionally palpable.  Two examples of experiences I will never forget are running blood from the blood bank to patients during a haemorrhage code or comforting families when they experienced loss. They taught me some of the most sobering but important lessons and I’ve carried my commitment to hard work and due diligence, and resilience with me to my next career.

What I will bring to the table is a passion for efficiency, thoughtfulness, and a zeal for learning new things. I appreciate your time spent reading this and hope to work with you!

Thanks,

Kaitlyn
