More than fifteen years I worked as a bookkeeper started with manual books in 2002, I started with QuickBooks in 2003 as a perfect accounting soft wear.I can add a new value to my work, I am a creative and innovative personality and I always like developing and learning new, I believe in love of my organization which is I belong to and I should do my best to make it grow and success as a one of the family members.

 I have used Quick Books for more than thirteen years and I am a certified Quick Books ProAdvisor Accountant and i am using Ms Excel as an expert .

I have an experience to enter bills and create invoices in QuickBooks ,Pioneer , Oracle ERP and SAP , I did that work for many years and I enjoyed , all the accounting soft wear are quite similar when you open the program it should include a basic elements such as the chart of accounts , customer list which is gives the ability to show each customer balance and I can open create invoice option from the same list or show all the old invoices or create a statement of account when I need it to reconcile any customer balance and send it by E-Mail, other options like vendors list which is also show each vendor balance and I can enter bill from the same list or use the pay bills option from the same list , employees list , inventory and item list , journal entry options are also should be included in any success accounting soft wear .

I do my bookkeeping work with good performance and dedication, when I open my chart of accounts I specify the accounts which I should direct and record my transaction elements to it and organize the financial transaction documents after it will be approved, i should have all the needful signatures and just start enter using the journal entry option, then I re-check the balances and make sure that each side of the debit side and the credit side are recorded accurately. So, if anybody re-checks my transactions such as an auditor he won’t suffer because he will find the recorded details are typically matched with the transaction documents and it’s organized.

Every day I send my reports to my direct manager these reports accounts should be recorded and reconciled daily such as cash box report, bank report and notes payable report or it should be only reconciled daily such as accounts payable report and accounts receivable report.

Some entries should be done daily such as:

• Cash box transactions.
• Bank transactions.

Some should be done monthly such as:

• Rent monthly installments
• The month share of any yearly insurance such as car insurance.

Some should be done yearly (at the end of the financial period) such as:

• Depreciation expense
• Inventory adjustments

I handled a very strong relationships in my previous position with all vendors, customers and my company employees even the bank supporters who really helped me when I needed them just because I had a very good communication skill by phone or WhatsApp and E-Mail specially E-Mail which is I considered as the best communication skill because it is a strong evidence for when of need, yes, I believe that the expert Bookkeeper should have a strong communication skill.

I really do enjoy my work as a bookkeeper especially when I got a one hundred per cent accrued balance sheet, income statement and other financial reports at the end of the financial period, which I got it from an accrued information because of my communications skills.
