I am a call center agent for more than 6 years. Because of my experience, I have a great knowledge when it comes to Customer Service and a Technical Support Advisor. Because of what I've learned in the past 6 years I've become as one of the top agent in December 2017 and February of 2018 as well an overall top agent for the year 2015.

According to my colleagues and quality analysts, I have a clear communication skill, great listening skills, calming presence on the phone and I have and great call handling skills. I am capable to do multi-tasking as well I am also a well-organized person. I am also a fast learner, honest employee and people known me as an easy person to work with. I am willing to learn new things and I also have a background as a Chat representative.
