I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years in one of the leading International BPO companies in the Philippines. I was a Consultant for a retail account for 6 months and I assisted and helped our customers with their inquiries. I got promoted as a Resolution Specialist after and I was the one who's taking escalations and admin tasks like tracking the performance of the team using Excel. I also do end of day reports for strategic planning, scores and high/low lights of the day. And lastly, I also do training for my agents for process updates. I was able to handle my own team with 22 agents as well for a couple of months. So I have experience in Leadership, Training, and Coaching. I also have an experience in Human Resource as a Recruitment Specialist wherein I screen and hire people who are well committed and does fit with the job that the clients demanded.

I've stayed with one company for almost 4 years and I can say that I am a very committed person when it comes to doing my tasks. I have excellent customer service skills and I make sure that I consistently achieve quality score to assist in achieving client and customer satisfaction goals. I am comfortable in doing multitasking without compromising the quality of work. One thing I can say best about myself is I am very dedicated to my work and I am very good at managing time which is very essential.
