I have worked in standard chartered bank Learning and Development and Trade department (done NCFM certification under mutual funds and financial market) for nearly 5 years as a senior officer level. I worked in non-voice process by closing tickets and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support .

 I strive to give my best in whatever work I do and to excel in all my endeavor in order to meet the demands of the employer. I have a good interpersonal skill to motivate myself and be result oriented. With my hard working nature and urge to learn i am ready to complete the work that is assigned to me during the specified time period.

I have good typing skills and being punctual is my habit. My main focus would be on completing the job at less time with high accuracy. 

 With good typing skill ,analysing skill and problem solving ability I can support the data works in a well-organized manner.
