With 8 years of being in the BPO or Contact Center industry, I already held positions being a Technical Support Representative, Marketing Specialist, and Digital Concierge. In my last company, Sykes Enterprises, Inc. I was promoted thrice in just 4 years. I started as a TSR in 2017, became a Quality Analyst in 2018, a Product Trainer in 2019, and lastly, Training and Quality Supervisor by the year 2020. These promotions were made possible because I have a strong inner drive to attain excellence in whatever I do. I am willing to invest time and effort into accomplishing tasks to the best of my abilities so we can be successful.

My main goal right now is to be financially secure and stable and still have enough for myself while helping out my family. When I was younger, someone told me that the worst situation that you can be in is being old, sick, and broke. Everyone gets old, and the older you are, the more likely you'll get sick due to old age. So among the three, what you can only prevent from happening is being financially broke. I want to live a comfortable life when I get old so I'm doing everything that I can to make it happen.
