Kathryn Donadio

Kathryn Donadio is co-owner and CMO of Dolomites Consulting Group, My City Cowork, and Marketing Director for Hussar Yachts. Kate moved to Tampa Bay from the Baltimore, MD area in 2015 after graduating college with honors. She earned degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she held numerous leadership positions including captain of NDMU’s soccer and lacrosse teams.

Passionate about helping people reach their goals, Kate has developed a history of success marketing, training, and consulting for a variety of clients. Kate brings important consumer insight, creativity, and data-driven results to develop integrated and custom marketing strategies that breed success. She is the Marketing Chair for the Florida Association of Veteran Owned Businesses (FAVOB) Tampa Chapter, and volunteer secretary for the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce (STCOC) Military Affairs Committee (MAC). In her free time, you can find Kate coaching lacrosse for Berkeley Preparatory School, volunteering, and exploring the outdoors. 

Kate helps keep clients ahead of the competition by taking the time to get to know their business inside and out. Understanding each clients’ mission, vision, and unique challenges allow our team to communicate values into effective omnichannel storytelling.
