I love listening to people. I value genuine connection. It interests me to hear their passions and what matters to them not just at work, but in life! To me it's never about "selling" an opportunity, it's about making sure what a role offers is in true alignment with what someone enjoys and wants to do. Will this make their life better and most of all, will they be happy?

I've had the opportunity to live in multiple places along the years being a military spouse which has helped me be able to strengthen my skills, step out of my comfort zone, and continuously learn more about myself.

I'm a life long learner. I love listening to podcasts and reading.There is so much knowledge out there and I am determined to soak up as much of it in as I can.

I am interested in expanding areas outside recruiting such as marketing, social media and writing! Passions include, health, wellness, cosmetics, and being a Wisconsin native yes, I am your stereotypical Green Bay Packers fan :)
